Georgia Pre-K Week was born out of the 2009-2010 recession, after the program was nearly eliminated by the Georgia Legislature due to funding constraints. Georgia’s Pre-K was the nation’s first state-funded universal preschool program for four-year-olds, and is a voluntary, no-cost program. Every four-year-old in Georgia is eligible for Georgia’s Pre-K Program regardless of parental income. The program continues to be nationally recognized for its success. To celebrate Georgia Pre-K Week, we are partnering with Paper Pie to donate books to local Pre-K programs in the Gainesville-Hall County area. Your donation will help get high-quality, educational books into the classrooms of local Pre-K kids. Thank you for helping make a difference in our community!

Sorry, this campaign is closed to donations at this time.

The Junior League of Gainesville-Hall County would like to express our sincere thanks for your donation.
